We offer both postage Australia wide, and Click & Collect in-store options.

Our products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post. Postage costs are influenced by the size and weight of your purchase, as well as your location. Exact postage costs will be calculated within our shopping cart feature and will be added to your order at the time of checkout.

Some of our items are too large and heavy to be posted with Australia Post, in these cases, no postage option will be available at checkout. These items are Click & Collect Only, and as such we require them to be collected from our Kingaroy based store. We ask that all customers purchasing Click & Collect Only items contact our store in a timely fashion to arrange appropriate collection details.

All orders are typically despatched from our store within one week. If handling is expected to exceed this timeframe, you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff.

Click & Collect customers will be contacted within one week of their purchase to collect their order from our Kingaroy based store. Collection will only be available in Kingaroy. No delivery fee will be charged for Click & Collect purchases.

As we also sell products instore, some posted products may be marked with their original retail price ticket.

In the event of significant error in postage calculations, you will be contacted as soon as possible in order to advise you of the correct charges. At this time you may be offered a refund, or have the option to cancel your order.

Kingaroy Toyworld has no control or responsibility over your purchase once the order has been handed to Australia Post for despatch to your location.

At this stage we do not offer Express Postage services.
